There aren't many actual caves outside of mountains so dragons have to hand make them. (Also, any place that a dragon lives is called a cave. It's just tradition. (and also better for taxes.)) Some wire, paper mache, and paint can easily transform a plain ceiling into a stalactite-filled wonderland!
