Basically, DM stooned my character with cheap tea I brought, and it started to see things. In this case, it was Dragon-Goo boss our team defeated in the first part of our game-session. And later, after my character got high, I followed 2 other members of our party who was about to erotically rollplay with each other, and stare at them like this. Dragon saying this: KALEI, THEY ARE HAVING SEX!
