A Alligator plushy I rescued from a trash pile once. A quick run though the wash and he's good as new. He now sits on my desk peeking down at me from atop my now busted printer.

Its amazing what people throw away sometimes, I don't make a habit of going though other people's trash but he caught my eye and seemed in good shape.
