Here's a watercolor painting I did of one of my favorite monsters from the first Monster Hunter game I ever played, Monster Hunter Tri. Fighting this critter was certainly an interesting time. I think I only ever fought this variant, though I know now that more exist, and I might paint them too.
I plan to try tackling this critter in a painting again sometime, as I found an older attempt I'd made a few years ago, and could see some big improvements. I also just found it an interesting subject. It'll be interesting if I can improve my electric textures around the critter and on its spines.
