Soooo... This was a highly experimental commission for 
mustang1990
I do not typically do animation, and icons are very limited by filesize restrictions, so this is very short and sweet. I do however, really like how it turned out.
I'm toying with the idea of doing more of these commissions, but I haven't had any specific requests aside from this one, so it would really depend on the level of interest that this one gets, and how much people would be willing to pay for them. I don't know what to charge yet, or what is the norm, so feedback is greatly appreciated.
Kael, buddy... I hope to hell this turned out the way you wanted! I wanted to show more of the character, but being restricted to a 100px square, I opted for a closer shot so as not to lose a lot of detail. If you don't like it, let me know, man. We'll work something else out.

Thanks for the feedback, man! I was told that animated icons are popular, but I had really no idea what they usually go for. I mean, I try to charge based on how long something takes me, how popular it is, and what everyone else is charging for the same quality. That last one is pretty important, because I don't want to put anyone else out of business by not charging enough, and I don't want to rip people off by asking for too much. So it's an educated compromise. :P
I think it would have to depend on the complexity, but for something simple like this, now that I've figured out how to do it, I could probably do them for $10-15. I had to charge more for this one because I spent days trying to figure out how to make it work. XD Now that that's over, I could do simple stuff pretty reasonably. I think it has to fit into 6-8 frames too, because of filesize... so that helps make them faster. Faster for me is cheaper for everyone else. :P
