i visited my sister this day, and we had a bit of a heart to heart
she emphasised the importance of making my own decisions, and not just acting in the interest of others all the time
I do tend to try and prioritize others over myself at times, and this saturday my sister gave me a much needed reminder to also prioritize myself more
