More lineless-colouring shenanigans. A Kat, who is very unimpressed with whatever you're doing.
I still have no idea what I'm doing. But I did work out a few things that help improve things, so, progress!
Also, by pure coincidence, these lineless doodles ended up starting with my only two gay characters. So... why not, shoutout to all the gay beans in the audience! Apparently today is your day, because I said so. :P

Draw your picture, sans glow. When everything is done, flatten the image to a single layer and duplicate it. On the duplicate layer, use some sort of colour curves filter or something like that to crush the values way down- only the lightest highlights should still be visible, everything else should be black. Switch that layer to add, and then hit it with a guassian blur.
Boom, instant(ish) bloom! Makes glowy stuff look extra glowy. :P
