After Specter put on the Peak Point Helmet and gained infinite knowledge, He highjacked the Professor's Time Station in order to rule the world with his clever army of apes. We know this much already. What we didn't know, is that while Specter was rewriting history; he learned of humanity's one TRUE weakness...

This made made the albino's conquest through the ages all too easy. Many gamers believe that Spike's best friend Jake was brainwashed by Specter using his new found powers; in order to turn him against his friends. this is what we see in the game, yes. But if you hold down L1, R2, X, △ and use your toes to unplug and switch the controller from port 1 to port 4 using the Multi-Tap, PRECISELY before that particular cutscene plays... you will get a SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT cutscene!!!

Turns out, Specter never used mind control after all. He merely "convinced" Jake by ticklin' the wits outta him! Because of course! What else? Specter mocks Spike, Natalie, and the Professor. Showing them how easily he bends Jake to his will.

"I will RULE This world, DON'T bother trying to STOP me!!! MUHAHAHAHA!!!!"

Its great that they snuck in this secret cutscene for the all of the embarrassing-tickling-enthusiasts of the 90's. I myself didn't even know about this secret until recently! Unfortunately, it's the only one in the game...
