Interesting cyan blue color mixed with a deeper blue for the shadows and other parts of his body with less light. Indeed, I thought he was a cold or ice user, mixed in with his fighting style.
I like how his shorts are the same color as the rest of his body lol. What's that he has in his hand? Maybe a grenade? Or did he just pull the heart out of his enemy lol? His wings and hair on his head have the same color hehe.
Can he actually use ice attacks like summoning ice out of nowhere? Or does he have to freeze available moisture in the air to do it?
