Alluded to back in Act II (Parts 65 – 139): an unorthodox method of population and resource management, as well as a tool of conveneince for the (fictional) Powers That Be. As to how this has been obtained remains undisclosed (correct as of Apri 2026), just that it works best on reptiles (mentioned waaay back in Act I Part 6 I think?)
