as a nice bookend to this previous week's troubling events, i finally tried out the typewriter!
I had received it in the middle of my rabbit's health crisis, but i was too preoccupied with her to even think about using it
finally this saturday i felt in a good enough mood to try it out, and it did not disppoint, very fun to use! wrote out some of my thoughts to test it out, still not fully getting the hang of doing the line spacing properly! very cool though

although i love tech in terms of working with it and being fascinated by its inner workings, i hate the way it's been harnessed lately
indeed i think we owe this more to the capitalist mindset than to tech itself. After all the typewriter is still tech, just an earlier version
