Likely some sort of Advertisement Stunt or just personal form of pleasure and fun. It seems like Savory city's Song culture icon, Matcha, has inflated herself like a balloon! When asked what was her thoughts on the situation, Matcha's trusted camerabear Bacon just said "honestly, her outfit looks great on that rounded body of hers!"
