I don't know. I'm still partial towards the older one. This one looks nice, and the hair color is nice, but I feel like the color gradient shifting is too sharp. Like, the tip of the head is dark, then WHAM! Pale all the way down. It also kind of looks like you're wearing elbow-length gloves on your arms.
I don't think it's bad per se, I'm just used to the younger/darker version of your character.
