this day i attended a live ballet performance in the city where i live, going with my mom and aunt
it had been so long since i'd ever seen a live performance of this type that i literally teared up
there really is something magical about seeing a well coordinated performance happen right in front of you, the immersion can be incomparable
screens do all the heavy lifting for you in a digital performance. real life in person performances give you a frame to set your eyes upon, and your mind does the rest

also seeing the sheer display of dexterity from all the dancers was unreal!!
ballet was "Giselle". One of the main characters Duke Albert shown doing one of those jump in the air splits they did so many times it was insane
