Any leftover meat goes great with butter chicken sauce and curry powder…right?
Ingredients:
Leftover sliced lamb meat
1 onion (diced)
8 mini potatoes (quartered)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1cup butter chicken sauce
1/4cup peanut butter (don’t add if you have nut allergies)
1tbsp curry powder
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp cayenne
1tsp chili powder
1+1/2cups rice
1cup water (add more if needed to avoid dry rice)
Recipe:
1-cook the rice until fluffy
2-In a saucepan add ingredients, then add sauce and bring to a simmer heat
3-add spices and continue stirring until all ingredients are combined with your sauce
4-plate your curry on top of your rice
5-enjoy!
(Tip: this recipe works with any leftover meat so feel free to experiment! Also: garlic naans always go great with curry as a side dish!)
