Trasfondo
Seymour Jones era un surfista, alguien que vivía sin preocupaciones. Alguien para quien el mejor momento siempre era el presente.
Su vida giraba en torno a las olas, el sol y la libertad. No tenía grandes ambiciones ni planes a largo plazo. Para él, eso era suficiente.
Hasta aquella noche. Después de un día de surf, mientras caminaba cerca de los muelles, notó algo extraño: figuras sospechosas moviéndose en la oscuridad.
Cualquier persona con sentido común habría seguido su camino, pero el no. Impulsado por curiosidad decidió investigar. Y terminó encontrándose cara a cara con un grupo de traficantes que sin mediar palabras dispararon contra el tan pronto lo vieron.

Seymour al suelo herido, incapaz de huir. Mientras los criminales se acercaban para rematarlo, sintió cómo el frío invadía su cuerpo y algo más. Una sensación extraña de estar hundiéndose en el suelo. Luego, oscuridad y finalmente la caída.

Su cuerpo atravesó la superficie del muelle y se precipitó al agua. Su factor esper había despertado en el último segundo, salvándolo de una muerte segura. Pero en ese momento él creyó que había muerto. Los contrabandistas nunca entendieron lo que ocurrió. Simplemente desapareció ante sus ojos.
Horas después, unos jóvenes que celebraban en la playa lo encontraron flotando en el agua y lo llevaron al hospital. Permaneció inconsciente durante días.
Cuando despertó, le explicaron lo sucedido.

Esa experiencia cambió algo en él. Por primera vez, entendió que su vida podía haber terminado sin dejar nada detrás. Y decidió cambia eso.
Aunque su actitud relajada y su estilo despreocupado siguen siendo parte de él—ese aire de “party bro” que a veces desespera a sus compañeros—ahora hay algo más en él. Una determinación real de hacer algo con la segunda oportunidad que se le dio.

Background
Seymour Jones was a surfer, someone who lived without worries. Someone for whom the best moment was always the present.
His life revolved around the waves, the sun, and freedom. He had no grand ambitions or long-term plans. For him, that was enough.

Until that night. After a day of surfing, while walking near the piers, he noticed something strange: suspicious figures moving in the darkness.
Anyone with common sense would have kept walking, but not him. Driven by curiosity, he decided to investigate. AAnd he ended up coming face to face with a group of smugglers who, without a word, shot him as soon as they saw him.

Seymour lay wounded on the ground, unable to flee. As the criminals moved in to finish him off, he felt the cold creep into his body and something else. A strange sensation of sinking into the ground. Then, darkness, and finally, the fall.

His body pierced the surface of the pier and plummeted into the water. His esper factor had activated at the last second, saving him from certain death. But at that moment, he believed he was dead. The smugglers never understood what happened. He simply vanished before their eyes.

Hours later, some young people celebrating on the beach found him floating in the water and took him to the hospital. He remained unconscious for days. When he woke up, they explained what had happened.

That experience changed something in him. For the first time, he understood that his life could have ended without him leaving anything behind. And he decided to change that.

Although his laid-back attitude and carefree style are still part of him—that "party bro" vibe that sometimes drives his friends crazy—there's something more to him now. A real determination to do something with the second chance he'd been given.
