This is a "Hurn-teki" and lives on Betallen-Ome with the Betalli.

It is the top predator on the planet and has a slightly hyena like body style in that the front legs are longer then the back but the back legs are strongly muscled for pouncing and catching prey. Saber like teeth are very strong and are used to slice into the neck of the prey, bringing it down quickly. Large ears and eyes enable it to see and hear prey easily.

The "wings" aren't wings at all, they are temperature regulators. Raising two-four will gather the suns heat and warm the beast up, lowering two-four will lower it's temperature.
