Nukko can be a mood enhrancer for sure, but he also might use some of his tanuki magic to make some clouds literally disappear.
Pretty much some random silly drawing I did. I really had some thought on how Nukko would eat clouds, in media, clouds have mostly the same behavior of a massive floating cotton candy. In reality clouds are mostly water so I think he'd be slurping those through a straw. So I decided to make it different and go further on the straw version
