"Of course it is, silly," Pinkie Pie said, hugging me suddenly and pointing at the mirror. "You're just looking at it wrong."
"Look behind you."

I'm loving these fics so far, only at chapter 16 atm thou.
I've been throughout flabbergasted on how well it's written. It's the first story I've ever read that actually pays to detail most of the logic, anatomy and functions of the body. But mainly how it has dealt with a pair of subjects I've never seen "taken seriously" before in a story (althou I prolly don't read that many tbh, but still), 1'st would be Littlepip being gay, it's nothing that is advertised nor sexualized. It just states that yes, that is part of who she is, it's a part of her, it does not define her. (it is brought up from time to time in her thoughts, but would be no different if she was straight or even male.
Second was masturbation, it was casually tossed in there. Not ridiculed, demonized or made "sexy". Just as a reminder that everyone (at least the majority) has needs and desires, even if or when we don't want them. And the last has been addressed in a few other fics: Bodily functions. Mentioned here and there in the story. Althou, I have to say I'm a little surprised the only time she is close to pissing herself is when she meets a manticore, which is quite many days in her journey, and totally not the first near death experience. (just to randomly mention: I'm not a fan of it, or even close to. But I like realism and logic far to much to toss it aside that it is a fact we do that when scared to become lighter to run, and avoid internal damage to them)

But uh.. yeah, great story, and I think you captured the moment rather well. Pinkie might look a bit buff, but what do I know? I'm not at that chapter in a few weeks at least heh :P
