Thankfully, it is actually possible for an experienced Toon Core holder to deal with a Toonzone, especially if they are the ones connected to it. Results on that can vary depending on the severity of how altered the location has become, but at least they can be dealt with eventually. If Ryusuke were to live in the area, then it would allow her to forge a stronger connection to the domain.

It depends on whether or not the Toonzone is still active via a rogue core. If it's still active, then the person runs the risk of becoming a toon based around the general theme of the zone.
If there is no rogue toon core, then the person is mostly fine in general. However they will find themselves abiding by the physics of that area. Despite not being a toon or being transformed into one, they'll still exhibit toon-like aspects while in there.
