Artisan and his pony sibs like to return to Equestria every now and than since there's stuff there the pokemon world doesn't have. Artisan despite hating palaces, he did enjoy the fancy gallas in Canterlot because he enjoyed the bountiful nature of the garden.
He decided to wear his fanciest diaper to Celestia's galla, Luna. Of course helping himself to some complimentary tea and cookes and he'd get to enjoy the galla till nightfall, as that when he has to put luna back and of course erase her memeories before Luna herself takes over the galla.
