I’m really touched that you mentioned her eyes in particular. When I first saw dogs like her, the thing that grabbed my heart was that intense, warm mix of brown and gold. The way those colors blend and fill most of the iris with that rich amber glow stuck with me immediately. That’s what inspired her very on‑the‑nose name, “Amber.” It just felt right for a character built around that kind of quiet, gentle warmth.
