i am by no means a developer but i know my way around relativley complex code! i love mapping things out and documenting how stuff works
and there is one pretty basic rule when you are developing any sort of code that uses user and password to do what it needs to do:
Never, Never put the user and password directly in the code! not even the user by itself

this is a general rule when it comes to developing software securely

instead what you do is you store your user and passowrd in something called a Vault!
just liek a real life vault, it's a secure place to store your valuable stuff, but in the digital world :3
