MettaWilde’s design went through several iterations before he was finally finished, resulting in several other models being produced as well as many spinoffs! These are the original prototypes leading up to Metta’s creation.

1. THURBER: The first of the Metta bots, THURBER was a given a poorly made acronym for a name and tasked with being a powerful weapon for Julia Lavender, Metta’s creator. He proved to be very unstable and highly clumsy due to his clunky design, something Julia would quickly refine. He is known to be grumpy, very little of words, and notoriously aggressive.

2. BetaWilde: Julia sought to tone down the aggressive nature of her machines, but toned it down too much. The end result is BetaWilde, or “Bloo” as he does by. Bloo is very shy, akward, and often likes to hide under sheets when he feels overwhelmed.

3. GammaWilde: GammaWilde or “Vin” as he goes by, was built to test MettaWilde’s future acting and movie star subroutines. This proved to be a success, but as a result Vin is stuck acting like a super star, which makes him excessively dramatic and rather loud.

4. AlphaWilde: AlphaWilde or “Tom”, was made to test the extensive flexibility of MettaWilde’s body, allowing him to be the most athletic of the prototypes. He is quite fast and very nimble, but as a result he is very self conscious and prefers to keep himself as pristine and clean as possible.

5. WildeSide: The final prototype, WildeSide is the embodiment of Metta’s sultry personality dialed up to 100. He is rude, harsh, sly, and tends to treat people like they are beneath him, a stark contrast to Metta. This however is one of the reason why WildeSide’s wife Abel adores him, as she also see’s everyone around her as beneath her. Certainly a match made in somewhere other than Heaven.

This leaves Metta, the final product, who now has several brothers to manage.
