Somewhere out in the Equestria wastes a private eye is hired by a grieving stallion to search for his missing wife. He's sure nothing will come of this, but who is he to deny some extra caps for easy work?

Notes: I wrote this story just short of a year ago, in a week, as a gift. It was my very first attempt at long form writing (the total story is just under 20,000 words) and I've been planning to show it off piece by piece for awhile. I'll post a chapter every couple of days as I finish up revisions and touch ups since this was written so long ago.
