I've mentioned a few times in passing that despite their appearances, Sam is actually in excellent physical condition and is very strong and has a lot of stamina. She just struggles with her weight.
Cookie is healthier on the outside- but is physically very weak and has next to no stamina. As a result Cookie tends to wimp out on their workouts. Much like IRL cheetahs, she can sprint- but she can't maintain it for very long. XD
