We're currently working with particle systems, so I put this together.
It's still a WIP, and I'm planning on adding more effects / interaction.
Also, possibly a showcase version that you could use as screensaver.

Press [+] / [-] to increase / decrease the amount of particles / stars spawned (More = heavy on your PC, of course)
Press [C] for some trippy colourfulness,
Press [F] to enable / disable the stars' flickering.

Please keep in mind that it takes a moment for the changes to become visible. The new settings are applied to freshly spawned particles only.
