Was many years ago that I shot this one, was dead of winter, drove my low profile sports car under the barrier to the top of the Julien Dubuque Monument at near midnight, shot the exposure for about a minute with a nice small aperture of 22, just wish I could find the negative again to scan that instead of the photo, but at least I still have the little foto scanned and before I lost the ne3gative I had a 16x20 photo made, it cost a fortune back then though.
