I personally wouldn't call Nightmare Moon's eyes beautiful, but definitely not ugly!
Anyway, you did a good job to draw her, Margony , including her eyes, to be appealing.
Although, I want to mention that major smoothing comes form her expression. She looks like a little crazy, but I don't feel the clear bad intention in it; she must be acting it, I hope! ^^'
