This is Zelma, one of my characters from my series Cosmo-Cat!
Here's the story:
Zelma (The tall one) has rejoined the Solar Guardians, but her collar got glitched by a big amount of static electricity by General Fennec (Who didn't notice it), and now, whenever Zelma's stress level gets high, her collar delivers more oxygen, which causes her suit to inflate! Just like how a blowfish puffs up when threatened! This could be a good defense mechanism!
