A fantastic flavoursome international blend from the kitchens of
gladiatorw07f
This was particularly fun to make! Though much harder then most other dishes i have submitted so far. IT takes flavors from around the world and mixes them together into one happy family dish that can be either formal or finger food!
HOW TO:
First off for the serving shown here you need:
6 small to moderate chicken wings
around 12-16 jumbo shells
2 oz A-1 Steak sauce
2 oz Worcestershire Sauce
2 oz Soy Sauce
1 oz Teriaki sauce
1/4 cup Pancake batter
5 quart kettle
something to adequately deep-fry the chicken in.
Preheat the stove so that your water is boiling vigorously, and the oil is heated.
First: THAW THE CHICKEN! Again when deep-frying to avoid fires never fry frozen foods (unless stated to be safe on the packaging...even then show caution)
Then while the chicken is thawing mix together the Worcestershire, Soy, A-1, Terriaki, and pancake batter in a small bowl. Mix untill all lumps are gone and let stand. Once the chicken is done thawing., Begin to deep-frying
The noodles should be st in the boiling water so that they finish with the chicken. After the noodles and chicken are cooked, strip all chicken from the bone (if any) and mix it with the sauce. Once that is done, Stuff the mixture into the shells making sure that there are 2 shells slid together, otherwise you risk rupturing the shells. Deep=fry each completed shell for about 1 minute to crisp them up. Serve with a side of oranges and drink of choice.
NOTE: I used Parmesan cheese to garnish my dis though you may use what yo like. Also the sauce is very salty. Compliment this dish with sweeter foods.
