I know this feeling all too well and can definitely relate. I have come to hate the phrase, "if at first you don't succeed, try and try again".

I have tried! I have failed! I keep failing because apparently, how hard I try doesn't matter! What I want to know is, "What is the trick to attain success?" How about life provides that, and maybe I can try succeeding this time, actually succeed, and then be happier?!?

Not always true. Depends on the person. Therapists can help a lot with how to manage relationships. If not affordable, there are groups that are often free related to almost everything.

Only if you are either unconscious of it and it's nuances or refuse to take action due to a subconscious fear holding a grip on your mind.

It aint easy - its a challenge - yet you can overcome.
