Oh my, if this isn't one of the most beautiful dragon I have ever had the pleasure to set my eyes on? The gold-plated white scales give quite a majestic appearance to this dragon, and the blue eyes just make it even better. One could expect it to be a monarch perhaps, and a kind an benevolent one, however, the flame you added tells that this may not necessarily be the case. Nevertheless, you did an amazing work on it! And it's very funny, how this adopt with all the gold and white is a stark opposite of the previous dark-blue and red dragon-adopt, as if they were the nemesis of each other :D :D
