(Ever since Magneto fell to Doom, we are trying to create a mutant that has the same potential as the ferromancer..

We are calling it Project Ocean)

(We've created a mutant with control over water, they are mostly competent at their power but struggle with moving bigger bodies of water

in a few years and with enough testing, they could take down mutants on the likes of a weapon X project)

We gave Project Ocean a helmet similar to Magneto's. its blue with a symbol of a wisp on it
