My anteater, Chiman, has always been attracted to insects and dragons, and when he saw dracobug, a combination of both, he became enthralled by it. When he learned that the dracobug was also recruiting members to join their swarm, Chiman was all too willing and eager to accept, even after learning that to do so, meant being devoured by the creature. :D
I can't express enough just how much I love how this turned out. Lunascy simply did a fantastic job at capturing this scene. Both Dracobug and Chiman look gorgeous, and the view of Chiman gazing into that slimy, drooling, gaping maw, is amazing.
I love the intensity of the scene, with the storm in the background perfectly capturing the look and feel of the doom that Chiman is about to face, even if he's doing so willingly. The details, textures, colors and all around composition came out wonderful. <3
My thanks to Lunascy for taking this commission and doing such an amazing job with it.

Heeee! That's so delightfully monstrous, I can't keep a big goofy grin off my face, not unlike this:
Really love how Dracobug came out. I play Dracobug kind of cutesy sometimes, but in this occasion, all buggy the features (mandibles, teeth, claws, wings...) are spot-on and appropriately supersized to make him the ravenous and unholy abomination he ought to be! And soooo much drool, just as it should be!
Just really so much to love about it. And I'm likewise quite pleased that Dracobug has made such a lasting impression on you. I know he made one on Chiman, after all.

*smiles* Goofy grins are always the best.
I'm delighted to hear that you like how it turned out, especially having gone with the more realistic style for it.
I just felt that between the finality of the prey's fate, along with that mixture of insect and dragon, a darker, more menacing look would work better for capturing the scene.
And indeed, Dracobug has indeed left his mark on me. His appearance and method of joining prey to the swarm just hit so many of the right chords with things I love in vore.

*smiles* I do have to admit, KD makes it difficult to say no to joining the swarm. Dracobug is quite the awesome and efficient predator, though I have seen the tables turned on him from time to time as well. But then, that happens to you dragons all the time, doesn't it? ;)
When deciding on an artist for this, I went with Lunascy because I felt her style would be able to capture that raw beastiality and level of detail that such an encounter deserves. I'm quite delighted that she pulled it off so beautifully. :D
