Reverend Mothers of the Sisterhood are said to dress in the elegant colors of black and gold; a combination that signifies knowledge and experience to guide their Sisters who are garbed in white. Onlookers know that Sisters garbed in black are witches with unusual capabilities and should be treated with caution.
