Why can't my silver foxes seem to stay clothed? She's lost the bikini (see Tie On One) but can't seem to button her shirt. Care to lend her a hand?

I quite like this one.

But I just wonder? Why with the majority of your females always have there breasts covered or partially covered?
There anthro after all? There fur covers there entire body. It's not like there exposing anything deemed mature are they?
