This is the 2nd of 4 commissions asked by the lovely  thanh-the-mousegirl, this time is Pepper in a gothic dress enjoying the moonlight on her garden. Thanh requested that she had an umbrella to add the cuteness touch, and also the bg was a request of her X3 I love to draw flowers, and the table was a nice touch as well for the pic. Honestly, she can give adorable ideas for commissions *w*. I really really adored how the coloring of this pic came out X3 I love tradtional media, and I have become a bit better in it thanks to the digital media pics I have done =P Strange but true!
