✦ What is an Aelthari ✦
The Aelthari are a subspecies of Avali shaped not by survival alone, but by planetary purpose. They are born with separate back-mounted wings, heightened senses through four ears, and perception far beyond ordinary species. Each one develops abilities uniquely tied to the world they are born on, acting in quiet alignment with the balance of that planet.
They are not conquerors or rulers. They do not spread or build empires. Instead, they exist as adaptive guardians, rare, solitary beings whose presence subtly maintains environmental stability wherever they appear.

✦ Bloomworld Aelthari (Cherry Blossom Variant) ✦
In certain Bloomworlds, the Aelthari take on a gentler, more seasonal expression of their nature. One of the most recognizable forms is the cherry bloom variant, Aelthari whose markings resemble soft sakura petals drifting across their fur, feathers and wings. Their presence often coincides with cyclical flowering periods, as if the world itself marks their passing with brief, delicate bursts of bloom.
They move quietly through dense floral ecosystems, their wings light enough to pass through layered branches without disturbing falling petals. In still air, they can appear almost surrounded by drifting blossoms that are not always physically present, more like the world remembering them than reacting to them.
Some worlds even describe a Bloomworld Aelthari as something you do not fully see arriving… only the moment the air begins to carry petals where none were before.
