One of our sketchbook assignments was favorite part of the human body. I've already done that once, so I decided to do a part that's on the inside. Intestines have always been weird for me to draw so this was fun practice. Still very cartoony though.
All ink pen over pencil. My sharpie died halfway through and then I learned that I like sharpies more for this kind of thing than prismas.
