At least, that's what I'm calling it. Actually, I'm calling him Herculus, but you get the idea.

Basically, this idea came about from seeing another artist doing anthro beetle sketches. It also came about from me really wanting to draw Digimon. However, something that I can't shake when it comes to bugs is that the body parts have to be segmented. This makes giving the bug a human like mouth somewhat hard for me to comprehend. So, I got creative.

This fella has retractable lips. At any time, he can peel back his lips to reveal his more Digimon inspired chompers. His pincers can also bend backwards. This makes kissing pretty ladies less dire for said pretty ladies.
