So who'd be Green Lantern, the Flash, Wonder Mare, Aquamare, Martian Marehunter, Plastic Mare/Stallion, and Hawkfilly?
I'm Guessing Shining Armor would be Hal Jordan/Green Lantern and Soarin would be Barry Allen/ The Flash. I'm at a loss for the others, but since you already cast half those characters as Batman characters shouldn't you use somepony else as Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, Lex Luthor and Toyman or Prankster? Darkseid too, Sombra's ghost would make a great Darkseid.
In fact I think this cast would work better since Batman Superman share the same universe and have worked together on countless occasions:
Big MacIntosh: Superstallion
Cheerilee: Lois Lane
Featherweight: Jimmy Olsen
Mayor Mare: Lex Luthor
Sombra's ghost: Darkseid
