This is Tyra. She's an anthropomorphic Bengal tiger.

She lost her right arm in a skirmish with a hi-tech society lving near her country of residence and she was also taken by them. The people of the hi-tech society replaced her lost arm with a robotic one and she was released. Since then, she wanted to get revenge.
