Chief Toran here is an anthropomorphic white tiger. He is the leader of one of the numerous tribes of anthros living in the Annei Mire.

Chief Toran is slightly based off the white tiger man found in "Freaks!" (original picture © Brett Booth 2004) and the clothes style is credited to Brett Booth and Steve Miller.

By the way, if his body looks out of proportion, it's because I tried to make him look like he was pouncing out of the distance. Sorry about that.
