Personality: Contrary to common belief, Volt is not a flirt, though he might seem like it 99% of the time. Volt holds a firm belief that a girl’s smile is the best thing possible, so he tries his best to get girls to smile, sometimes by complementing them, which makes things look like he’s flirting. Even his goofy acts are part of his act to get a girl to crack a smile and cheer up if they’re ever down. Volt is your all around nice guy, always willing to help out and enjoys his own share of complements.

Physical Appearance: Volt is a Jolteon with a nice, fit build, weighing and his hair is always spiked up, making him look taller than he really is. Long pants and t-shirts usually make up his wardrobe.

History:
When his sister, Brianna was socially attacked by her Dratini crush back in primary school, Volt brought it upon himself to defend Brianna from the ruthless rumors she had to endure and punish those who did her wrong. While Brianna was hurt, Volt did everything in his power to get Brianna to smile again, though in the end she would only do it for him.

Volt is one of the few people that Brianna will willingly listen to, often talking her out of freezing people just for asking her for her name. He does not blame Brianna’s ice cold nature, however, just sees it as his duty that others understand, give her space, and don’t inadvertently ask to be frozen by prying into her personal life. He also asks others not to judge her so harshly, knowing that trust is not something that comes easily for the Glaceon.

Even if Brianna’s choice to shut out all social life in order to protect herself, it was a solution she was content with, so Volt felt obligated to allow her to do things her way. After Brianna found her solution, Volt felt that the rare times that she did smile, she was at her best, the highlights of her day. So, with this in mind, Volt had decided that for any girl, when they truly smile, they are at their peak. So from then on, Volt has taken it upon himself to make all the girls he can smile, whether it’s by his goofy acts or his seemingly flirtatious nature.

Volt’s fighting style can be described with one word; a show. While using his electric attacks in rather showy manner, the flashy-ness of his attacks do not make up for the power. In fact, the greater the flash his attacks possess, the harder they hit. His Pin-Missile attacks come from his fur, firing static ridged strands of fur at his opponent, creating a harmless sting where the point of the fur strikes. Normally an attack like such only irritates his opponents but when he gives them a charge with a self-attacking Thunder Shock, those on the receiving end of his Pin-Missile end up getting a shock to their systems. While they aid his fighting immensely, Breena often said that Volt’s Agility and Rain Dance were learnt just to make him ‘cooler’.

His family lives in the apartment’s right next to the Celadon Department Store. His father, Jack, a PCA graduate, works with the police force to take down those dangerous and violent problems within Celadon, ranging from possible gang wars or bringing down underground arenas. Many people say Volt got his wild and energetic nature from his father, the Flareon acting like a big child rather than the hardcore stiff people usually associate with him being a cop. His mother, Rose, runs a floral shop within the Department Store, raising and selling many exotic plants or help people nurse sick plants back to health.
