Lowfat milk is what curdles. Heavy cream is basically impervious to curdling; half and half less so, but generally stable in the short term, especially if added last.

Whipped cream vodka is pretty good, but vanilla vodka is outright better in most circumstances. :) I'd use whipped cream vodka though for cheaper or "mass produced" drinks like jello shots.
