The United Treaty Organization, a union of a dozen giant (Mesos) species, and the Rynar Collective, the UTO's long standing enemy set in
Sarya's amazing story Integration are only two of the superpowers in the galaxy mentioned on the old codex. Another independent, but important faction to the lore, were the Astejean Tripact - a union between three species: the Amelshen (Mustelids like ferrets, otters, weasels), the Sareshna (Cervines like reindeer, white tailed deer, caribou), and the Wasaya (Red Pandas).
But as with the Balashu-Felosen Concord, the Tripact was incomplete on the old World Anvil. Only the Amelshen were fleshed out in any detail... until now! Here's part 2 of 3, the Sareshna. Special thanks goes to Nothing4Dinner who wrote about the subspecies, appearance, history, culture, and religion for the cervine species.
