Inspired by the "ghost hands" feeding many furs, you can blame it on this guy! Liam Royce, a copilot to Conrad Nimbus (AKA Thunderbelly). With electromagnetic gloves that can generate "ghost paws". Generating foods via mid-air as resembling air molecules to stuff furs, or generate one BIG ghost paw to beat and trap baddies! So, let me show you: Voltstine the paw!

A brilliant and brave lad with a talent to help out with surveillance, research and tactical support for the planes to organize and reposition aircraft. As well as being Conrads best friend and closest confidant in there many heists in airplane repo. Who is supportive of Conrads superhero identity as “Thunderbelly”, but wishes he could make a difference in the community like him. Fascinated with heroes like his rotund coworker that didn't understand why people are against them as there doing the right thing as stopping crooks and saving victims Sure, the bigger raccoon can tease Liam, but mostly as fun jokes to ease the tension in their job.
In his freetime, Liam has a way with tech as creating gloves that can generate electromagnetic “ghost paws”. Make multiple or one giant paw at will. Along with using the air around it to replicate the atoms into food! Becoming a willing sidekick as “Voltstine the Paw”. Because he is capable to help his friend the best he can. Skilled, determined and fearless as carving out a role as not only giving a helping “paw” but also information broker and partner as giving out a few paws (literally) as fighting those who can't give up their planes. Using a mix of coordination and strategy to even force-feeding foes
too big that they can't move, or use a giant paw to capture and crush people foes with his powers. Using that as a leverage to face dangerous threats, but still smart confident and brave with quick thinking to get out of situations with his abilities. Who Liam/Voltstine points into what talents are most valuable, and to focus on them.
Along with his friend Conrad (Thunderbelly) giving some self-defiance training as putting "technical help" for his “little buddy”. Who sometimes Thunderbelly wins as crushing the small raccoon with his mass. For Voltstine wins as feeding Thunderbelly so much the big raccoon becomes immobile for fun. In a world of bigger anthros he still fights, with a mix of courage, intellect and skill can let him succeed.
All because he wants to do better, stepping into danger greater than himself. All while taking the initiative as refusing to stand down while Conrand/Thunderbelly controls the plane/plan.Allowing Voltstines abilities to guide him naturally as assistance and intelligence as making him a valued member for Thunderbelly's job. A hero that he decides to be regardless of size. Navigating the chaos of having powers together!
