Aside from being annoyed, there isn't much personal when Patience zaps someone. She mostly just wants to not be bothered.
But it seems Johnny is starting to approach the limits of what Patience can tolerate. Normally, the thought of permanently transforming someone isn't something she considers, but in Johnny's case, she's starting to get really angry with his refusal to stay a frog.
