Uhm, hate to spoil the fun mood you guys, but I'm *pretty* sure this would be the view from the former South Tower of the WTC. Liberty Island to the right, Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in the far background, ships and docks in the harbor...yeah. Almost positive this is one of the upper floors of the South Tower, WTC.

Almost positive it's the 107th Floor, South Tower. View, details, and supposed release date (Sunday, according to BGN) match perfectly.
